The successful candidate will have potential for becoming the next CFO:
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting with at least eight years of public and private accounting and supervisory experience; CPA preferred.
Must have knowledge of AIA billing, Corporate Taxation (preferably S Corp), and Construction WIP reconciliations.
Must have experience with Timberline Software and Microsoft Office / Excel.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the monthly closing and financial reporting process, construction WIP reconciliations, AIA billing, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, development and maintenance of the Timberline software application, coordinating the annual audit, preparation and filing of tax returns, cash management activities, and supervising a staff of three. Reports to the CFO / COO.
