The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting and/or Finance with private sector experience with either an MBA or CPA.
  • At least 5-10 years experience managing full accounting function and financial reporting and coordinating company close with Corporate shared services.  Preferably 5 years doing this in public industry.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% domestically.

Responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the assets of the corporation by overseeing and directing company’s Operations to ensure correct and timely financial reporting.  Business $150mm with $25mm EBITA.
