CFO, Fairfield County, CT

Requirements:

  • Degree with 10-15 years experience, MBA and /or CPA preferred.
  • ERP systems and implementation experience
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
  • Solid manufacturing experience with the ability to measure production performance
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability managing and developing staff

Responsibilities include:

Reporting to the President / CEO, responsible for achieving the Company's financial and performance goals, supporting business operations, and providing leadership for the accounting and finance staff. Assist on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting and securing new funding. Develop key relationships with Company's Leadership Team - Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT & HR.
