At least 10 years experience preferably in senior management role.
Banking or financial services industry experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAS, and SEC reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing a staff of 20+ responsible for internal and external (SEC) financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls, general accounting, and compensation accounting.
