The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Superior financial modeling skills. Solid experience in financial writing (similar to MD&A section of 10K's) Experience with Oracle, BPC, or similar financial systems a plusNavigates effectively in a changing environment where competing priorities require flexibility and agility.Ability to work in a highly organized and efficient manner and collect and verify data accurately
Thorough understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement Cash Flow)
Excellent Excel skills -Including pivot tables, complex formulas, links between files, data queries from different sources (VB / Macros -advantage)
Word and PowerPoint skills -Including developing presentations, and active links to other files
Strong command of business operations with the ability to understand key business drivers (products, customers, and processes) and how to influence them
Responsibilities will include:
The candidate will provide, reporting, and financial analysis of weekly KPI reports, monthly, quarterly and yearly operating results. The role will also be involved in long-term strategic financial planning and budgeting for business unit. The role will also be responsible for developing and deploying the tools and methodology for analyzing operational and statistical data along with competitive intelligence and economic data to drive better forecasting and operational efficiencies.
This highly visible position interacts directly with the key company leadership and financial leaders of the various business units. The position requires the ability and drive to provide high quality, accurate work products within tight timeframes. This position reports to the CFO.
