  • Richard Champagne is a founding Principal with Koll-Fairfield L.L.C.® and its division KFSearch®. In addition to his responsibilities as an Account Executive, Mr. Champagne is also heavily involved in the firm's staff training, client development and select administrative areas. Prior to Koll-Fairfield, Mr. Champagne spent nine years with Arthur Lyle Associates Inc. Starting as a consultant and progressing to Manager, Recruiting, Mr. Champagne focused on accounting and finance recruiting while developing some of the firm's most highly regarded clients. Mr. Champagne started his career in 1980 after graduating from Quinnipiac College with a BS degree in Accounting. His first position was with US Electric Motors, a division of Emerson Electric, where he spent three years progressing through the accounting department performing general accounting and financial reporting. Upon leaving Emerson Electric, Mr. Champagne took a position as an Accounting Manager with a division of M/A-COM Inc. Two years later he made the transition into the executive search field.

  • Bruce Stalowicz is a founding Principal with Koll-Fairfield, L.L.C.® and its division KFSearch®. In addition to his responsibilities as an Account Executive, Mr. Stalowicz also has the firm's responsibility for internal technology issues and finance/accounting. Prior to Koll-Fairfield, Mr. Stalowicz was a Manager of Recruiting for Arthur Lyle Associates. During his three years there, he was responsible for recruiting for some of the firms largest clients. In 1985 Mr. Stalowicz was recruited by Romac & Associates to establish a presence in North Jersey/New York City in the field of finance/accounting. He was in charge of all aspects of the organization, including account management, recruiting, training and administration. Mr. Stalowicz started his career in 1975 with Ernst & Young in the audit department. In his eight years with Ernst, he was in charge of 30-40 client audits in addition to the office's largest account. Upon leaving Ernst, he accepted a position of CFO of a privately held distribution business.
